This app is not working for me!!! I designed over 200 products and I have a monthly Premium subscription of $29.00 with Printify. When I try to publish to my Shopify website I receive an error. I contacted customer service on April 1, 2022 and the problem is not fixed yet!!! It is April 16, 2022, 15 days. I am so disappointed with the customer service and am considering using a different POD company because of this. The customer service sucks! No telephone number to speak with someone, my place in the que constantly changes and subpar customer service. Think twice before using this app because it may not work for you.
We are happy to let you know that your issue has been sorted out. Your feedback was very helpful for us to identify this issue and fix it so no one else is affected. We thank you once again for sharing your experience. All the best!
Things were going great for a while and all of a sudden it would take hours to publish an item. (#998 in the queue) I disconnected and reconnected the store and now all my items are unpublished. No idea what is going on....
Sorry for the inconvenience created. It seems like there might have been a technical glitch, which is why the products were not loading on sales channel. We have notified the responsible department about the issue, and they will get back to you within the next 24 hours. Thank you for letting us know!
I was a long time siting on the fence with Printify, but decided to add a product, and was pleased with how smooth the flow of the process was. And the variety of products and flexibility to choose production locations is a big time asset. My only gripe is with the horrible stock images. Not asking for the world but some of those are less than acceptable.
Thank you for your review!
We are glad to hear that you love the products and the flexibility comes with our platform. About the stock images, we are currently working on adding better mockup images and hopefully, this will be updated in the near future. Once done, we are sure that you will love it more than any other POD platform out there.
Thanks again for sharing your feedback, wishing you all the best!
Looking like a good place to start.
I just started on Shopify and I chose printify because of reviews and the fact that I could check the products they have with a supplier I use so I know the quality. I placed 2 sample orders then pulled my products listed with them.
The sample prints from the two orders were inconsistent. The print area didn't match the tiny print area offered on their design software. Some were too big, others too small.
In my order I received two shirts from someone else's order, including the shipping label for them. I notified printify who kept asking me to take pictures and then more pictures so they could fix the problem, despite that everything they needed was in the first pictures I sent. I'm not here to jump through hoops to fix their problems. I contacted the shop they messed up the order on directly so they will be able to deal with Printify.
At least 30 characters were required for a review. So here you go.
Great support! I would highly recommend them.
I have had one of the worst experiences of my life with this application because of the non-professional way I was treated. I was practically expelled and discriminated against the functions of this application by just defending my rights as a professional and social. For me it is a total lack of respect that for only one error caused by perhaps my little experience since I was a new user of this application Printify decided that I could not continue using their services. For days I was litigating with the Printify Customer Service the refunde for only $ 17. Apparently one of my orders was made twice by mistake, one was sent to my client and the other Printify decided to send it to me since it was too late to cancel the production process something very unexpected since in the event I communicate immediately with the Department of Printify and I offered an explanation of what happened and there was where they determined to send the second order to my address, but this does not end there, I asked them to at least let me select my size, favorite color, etc but they again denied My petition, something extremely unfair and illogical, since HOW COULD I USE A T-SHIRT THAT IS NOT OF MY TASTE OR OF MY PREFERENCE CHARACTERISTIC?
Finally decided to make the return of the few $ 17 but won by only this small sum the dissatisfaction of a Client. Here I leave the email sent by Mrs. Alina Ignatovich of the customer service of Printify: Dear Alex,
Dear Alex,
Hope all is well!
My team has notified me of the issues you had with our company.
I have investigated all the communications you previously had with us, and here is our decision:
We have refunded you one of the orders (5765735.1) to your credit card:

Alex, we believe that we will not be able to provide the service that you are looking for and you should look for another company that meets your requirements.
Therefore, both your Printify accounts have now been terminated.
Best regards,

I am an artist using this app to make merchandise printed with my art. It took me a while to understand how to use it, but I am pleased with how the samples look. There are a couple of things that would make the app better for me. 1. As a professional graphic artist, I rarely save my images as .png or .jpg files. I use .tif files, because they are less likely to degrade over time. PhotoShop doesn't ever offer .png or .jpg as forms for saving large files. Instead, the artist is obliged to make a COPY of the image and save it in one of these forms. 2. If possible, I would print my designs on clothing products on organic cotton, hemp, linen, silk or blends of these. Organically-produced fibers are what my clients prefer. However, organic cotton is only available from suppliers overseas. It's not even easy to find 100% cotton products on your site.
Thank you for the feedback - we're glad to hear you're enjoying our platform, and are happy with the ordered samples! :)
We will make sure to note down your feedback for future improvements and product requests. If you have any additional feedback, do not hesitate to let our team know by reaching out to merchantsupport@printify.com. We wish you the best of luck with sales!
To be honest its great and easy to set up, automation is clear and understandable. Only thing is wish they had more woman clothing selection and model to select from that you and Photoshop our logo on and we can use that model in our store to showcase the product. Easy legal stuff 1 time fee per showcase like 15 bucks or something and we can select a diverse range of models to show our clothing line in our site.
