It was so simple to use! I was a little worried about having to insert coding in my liquify to get it to work but the video showing you how to do it was so easy to follow.

It was easy to schedule a meeting at my time
We started the meeting at the selected time by "Microsoft Teams", it took for Shevaughn and me to solve the issue in a few minutes.
Shevaughn was so patient with me during the meeting and super professional!

The Support Team
It did everything I needed it to. Easy to install and easy to add options to any product.
This app is exactly what we were looking for and works great! We offer personalized products so we needed a way to let customers tell us what they wanted on their products. The text input boxes are perfect. In addition, we use drop-down menu options to let people choose a cause - as a percentage of our sales goes to charity.
The ease and flexibility of the product allows us to save regularly used sets of custom inputs but also do something different for products that need more options.

The customer service support offer by Kevon and Aman has been top-notch. They are usually pretty on it both in terms of response time and ability to make small changes within the app. The only reason for not full five star- some of the features of the app seem to work intermittently and is very glitchy, this has cost us heavily in terms of sales when the customizer is down.

We had a brief outage and Deep and team were quick to address it and get the issue resolved. They had it resolved within Half Hour. They responded to my initial email within minutes. Really appreciate this team.

Not only is this a great app, but the customer support was superb! The installation tutorial was very easy to follow, but did not go so well for me. The theme I had chosen was slightly different and required a little "finesse" in order for it to match my overall theme. I reached out to Product Customizer support and within 1 hour was contacted by an extremely friendly representative (Denis). He immediately understood the issue and made the changes for me just as fast! I highly recommend this product to fellow Shopify retailers.
