Great app, and quick support. We would recommend to anyone looking to have extensive product options.

Product customizer has been so helpful for our shop! Plus their team is always so quick to answer any questions or fix an issue.

This is AMAZING. I have just started on my Shopify journey and need to work fast. The first hurdle was needing to add options to products and within ten minutes of downloading this app I had modified my theme and IT JUST WORKS. Brilliant. Thank you.

This was just what I was looking for! Having text customization on my product pages is a must for my stationery design business. The Product Customizer was easy to set up and works perfectly. Product Customizer is a great app.
The best part about it is that it lets you create more than the 100 Variants (3 types), which is Shopify's Maximum.
The support has also been fantastic!

We've used the Product Customizer on our website for a few years, it has always worked perfectly and when we've asked for help, the Product Customizer support has been quick to respond and always resolved our issue. We recommend this app for Shopify stores.

I've been using the app for several years now and I've only had minor issues twice. Each time I've contacted support they responded within minutes and had me issue resolved just as quckly! The app can be a bit challenging to learn but once you have everything set the way you like, there really isn't much else you need to do to "maintain it". Thanks to Aman for the quick help with my latest issue! I will continue to use them for my product customization needs.

This was so easy to install! I was worried I would have to add the "snippets" into the theme editor, but they helped me and it was so easy! I high suggest you use this APP! Their support rep named Kim C. Was FANTASTIC!!! Not only did she help me with everything, she followed up with me several times to make sure I was set. She went above and beyond and was so incredibly helpful! THIS is called fantastic customer service!!!! On top of a fantastic app!!

Our primary products are personalized signs, and this app has made it so easy to collect the personalization details our customers want on their products. The app allows us to create templates, so we can easily enable customization for new products with just a few clicks. Really cool! There are a good number of customization options, and the customization details are stored as line item options under each purchased product. This is important, as we can be sure to match the correct customization with the correct item on multi-item orders. Also, app support is fantastic! We had an issue where an update broke our conditional options, and support responded within a few minutes to start working on the issue. The support rep even stayed over after his shift ended to ensure the issue was fully resolved the same afternoon as we reported it. I am extremely impressed!
