Great customer support! App was not working on our shop due to some conflict with another app. NexusMedia responded right away and fixed the problem by doing some custom work inside our store.
Nobody is as good as they have been with easy customer help and support. I asked if a position modification could be made, and they took care of it from beginning to end. Best help I have gotten from any shopify app developers.
