I installed this app to try it. After realising it wasn't what we were after I removed the app however when I did this it has left behind a snippet of code which has ruined our product pages. We are now trying to find a developer who can resolve the issue left behind by this app. Maybe a one off but i am extremely disappointed.

App does not remove all code after uninstall. Can cause problems with other apps later on. Make sure to restore theme files after uninstall.

Thank you for your feedback and we truly apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately at the moment that's not possible for 3rd party apps to remove its code from the theme when you remove the app. The way our app works makes your product description appear exactly like it was before on the storefront once you remove the app. But yes, if you have not disable the app before removal, technically product description text will be wrapped into our app's snippet in your theme code.

And also our support team will be happy to do that for you ASAP. As far as I know they already contacted you and explained that situation.

This app cause major problems when I decided to uninstall it. My unique descriptions does not work anymore. It was not fully uninstalled as some elements such as the word "Description" is still visible on my product pages. Please sort this our.

IF your Theme is not supported, it will show a stupid text saying "Liquid error: Could not find asset snippets/product-description-tabs.liquid" And guess what ?
Even after you remove it, it will stay the same way.
And just like that, all the hard work you did on your theme is now gone.
Makes my store look so much cleaner! Love my product pages now.

I love this app because it leaves my product pages looking neat and tidy. While updating a new theme the installation glitched - they immediately reached out to fix the issue - top notch tab app, and top notch service :)
Love this app as it will really improve my SEO without having very long web pages. They even put the tabs in place on my blog pages so I can use a tab for transcripts of interviews and will be great for SEO.
