When I already have an activity price, it is not possible to apply additional discounts on top of that activity price. It also fails to explain how to select the product labels for the discount. The overall design is extremely unintelligent.

Bold has been extremely useful in creating sales for our business, making it super easy to put your entire store on sale. I wanted to exclude one product and hopped on their AI chat to find out how and when the AI chat couldn't quite help me a real human, Irfan, stepped in and gave me a workaround to complete exactly what I needed.
