A great app to use for product filters and search just as the title says. I was a bit worried with installation but, support was immensely helpful. Great app. Works just like it says it should. And for things that aren't built-in the customer service team was fantastic and made all those custom changes for me.
I have decided to update my review since the problem has been fixed. I really do like this filter. It is clean and easy to use with some powerful features in comparison to the others out there. Truly a 5 Star app.
My only quirk (and this may have been an isolated situation), being that this is a paid app and more pricier the other ones here, I would say that the communication factor when there is an issue needs to be better handled. Just some clear direction of what is the status and what is the estimated time to resolve an issue. I understand they may have limited staff but at least tell me 24 hours turnaround. This may not happen too often since I am sure this app works 99.9 percent of the time but even more reason to provide excellent customer service with minimal issues.
Again, I still believe this is a 5 Star app. I recommend it to everyone who needs a powerful and efficient filter for their store. Thank you for making this available. Check the filter out on my store at Nothingbutsounds.com
If you need a multi-selection filter, this is the app for you. Customer service has been very responsive to questions and requests.
This is the best app I could find for filtering. They helped me integrate the app with the rest of my site and I couldn't be happier.
We need to add filtering options to our poster webshop, and this app was by far the one that come closes to our needs in a stylish way.
We had an issue with some language difference in a couple of files, but their team worked hard over the weekend to fix it for us, which is a level of service, that we are very satisfied with.
This tool is great and the Instant Results are very quick. Jack was great at helping me set up my site the way I wanted!
