The app does everything you can think of with filters and then some. It is exactly what we were looking for. The dev team was also able to do a couple of custom edits for us for no additional charge and was very quick and responsive!

The support is some of the best I have ever experienced from a platform. Any issue you have is resolved within 24 hours. The platform itself is great as well.

It's been over 3 weeks since our last contact with Boost.
Is the customer service team no longer part of the team? We love the functionality of boost and we are using the most expensive plan but the service is poor compared to all other apps. I hope this review leads to them responding to my 5+ follow up emails.

apps bit buggy between former version and the newest the turbo version, the latest turbo version is launched while it is not ready, third party integration gone, and also the visual editor is bad compared the previous. Support is slow for this expensive subscription should offer 24 hours chat support

TERRIBLE SUPPORT. Their "live" chat is a joke...their response is slow or not at all to email. FOUR REQUESTS to try and solve a simple issue and it's still not resolved. Inability to respond or solve issues even after providing video and screenshots. Clearly their support is overseas as when they do respond it's in the middle of the night here in the U.S. DO NOT USE!!!!!
Maybe now they'll respond. this is what you get when paying them over $200 a month?!

Great application that improves search/recommendations. We've had some troubles with making sure it works well with Shopify Markets feature, but thanks to amazing support it was resolved.
