APP stopped working. No support. Telling me they will replay in 1 hour. But you don't get the answer for weeks. Still waiting for help before migrating to another app. If I were you I wouldn't recommend installing this app.

Doesn't seem to be any support. I am going to uninstall this as I am not sure what benefit(s) it is offering.

Unfortunately so far we have no experience to report. After researching apps to help us manage our 2 warehouses, we stumbled on Product Inventory Information. It appeared to do what we needed however we did not want to go live without getting some assistance from their team. The app has a 2 week free trial. Since downloading the app, we have sent 3 emails with no response. Recent 1 star reviews from other customers mentioned the non-existent customer service and we will verify 100% that is the case. Our free trial is almost at an end so not sure if their play is to get their $9.99 for the month before responding. However we will cancel before then and seek an alternative solution.
