"I've been using this app to create labels on my store for a while, and everything seems to be fine, I also can see the app has developed some new features for users, like it a lot! I can set up the stickers easily, and everything is well-guided. They also provide a detailed user guide for everyone. The app is also very user-friendly, it's easy to set up everything and you can even get help from support at any time. Recently I had a small problem where the label was showing over the store menu, and I contacted support and got immediate help from Jena. She solved the problem quite quickly and helped me forward the problem to the technician guy - Dinh Trong Linh. He helped me solve the problem quickly. Thanks to the team for the quick and professional way of working. I am satisfied with the app Product Labels & Badges and especially with the quality of support service of BSS Commerce. Easy to navigate, great look on my website and was pleasantly surprised when installing it. Added a few new badges and they really add to both the aesthetic and the function of my website. The ability to upload custom badges that match with your theme is very cool. Pricing is also on point, not too expensive. The value for money is excellent. The editor is also easy to use and manage and I love the fact that you can duplicate the badges. It saves you a lot of work. Got additional support by Jena Nguyen and Dinh Trong Linh on installing a few extra things the same morning. Their help was very friendly and considerate. The developer was able to help me the same day by installing a few things that would allow my theme and this app to match seamlessly. I hope the team will be bringing out more add ons and different apps in the near future. I will surely be the first to add them. Overal, one of the best developing teams in the Shopify app store business. Would recommend. I am a happy customer.

I'm currently trying the product labels and badges app for Shopify. In general, the app is friendly to users and has many interesting features. This app also provides VIP support service for all customers. I contacted BSS to get support as I have some questions about the features. Nice Explanation, everything they explained very well...A good job always.

There are a few things to say about Jena, she handled my issue pretty quickly and explained everything to me thoroughly. To evaluate the app is quite easy to use, I can almost install it easily through the user guide is written quite detailed, however, I still wish they develop more features and more stickers available in the future. I will definitely try the app on my other stores. Concluding that the app is worth using and above all good support service for all customers. Recommend!

Thanks to Jennie as supporter and her technicians Tran Duc Nam and Nguyen Kim Tung. Never had service and support like this before dont hesitate to install this app, they will help you with any issue! I dont had problems with functions or anything just some positions and crossings of some lables. This app is really easy to understand and is equipped with a lot of functions and settings. I added all lables which i needed for my page because of many other apps and bugs from theme i contacted them to help with some positions. In case of this enquiry it was not just a help they fixed all things and customized some special features for me! Every day I got an answer to my questions also feedback when they needed more time! About Jennie's questions, only thing what would be a really cool feature update, if your lables also available for the basket would be really cool, because i could say to the customer hey look your product is availalbe and promote buying.

I have installed this application on the websites I have administered so far. I had a hard time installing and selecting Labels and badges, so I contacted the support team, and Jennie was a supporter who helped me. It was amazing, she guided me through every little detail, from how to upload the label, how to edit the size of the label, the position of the label and so much more. She was always available and answered all of my questions whenever I needed them. After choosing the label, there was a little problem with my label and Jennie quickly fixed it. She is one of the very dedicated, friendly, and knowledgeable facilitators I have worked with. I also want to thank the dev Nguyen Kim Tung for solving my problem quickly. I thought it would be done in a couple of hours but he fixed them in just an hour. Now that the label is showing up well on my store, hopefully, it will let my customers know about the Bye 2 Get 1 Free program so we can increase sales. Product Labels and Badges is an excellent app with helping to clearly show customers which products are on sale, new items, clearance items or any other way you need to mark products to catch the customers attention. A great feature of the app is being able to select specific products or choose products by collection. It's also nice to have the ability to upload your own custom badge. The app was extremely easy to set up and when we did experience a slight issue with a conflict with our theme, both Jena Nguyen and Tran Duc Nam were very helpful and fixed the issue promptly. All in all it's a very useful app to help generate extra sales and increase conversion rate.

I have four stores, and I install this app in each of them to enhance product display and increase sales. This program does exactly what it says it will. We have a straightforward, easy-to-implement high-level strategy. When we first installed it, there was a conflicting issue with our theme that was preventing labels from showing up correctly on the product page. Jena is my main support in regards to all stores. Within 24 hours of the issue being reported, she and the technician guy - Tran Duc Nam were able to report quickly and effectively solve it. On our website, the app is currently operating flawlessly, and we are very happy with it. It's incredibly simple to make your own labels, and they look great. Support is also excellent, and all issues were resolved quickly. I really appreciate their assistance. I can't express how pleased I am with the team and service I received enough to recommend this app. In my opinion, anyone who wants to display labels and badges on their items should use the app.

10/5 stars!! I had some technical issues with the integration of this app with my theme which caused some product labels to not show up properly. I contacted the support and got a response within minutes from Jennie! She quickly identified the issues and sent over a task to their tech guy Ninh Nguyen Van.

After just a few moments the issue was resolved and now everything seems to be working perfectly.

I've been running Shopify stores for the last 5 years and have used countless apps since the beginning but this has to be the absolute best experience when it comes to customer care.

I have installed this for my stores to improve product display as well as boost sales. This program performs exactly what it claims. We have a high-level strategy, which is simple and easy to implement.We want to hide the badge on the product page while using the Free version of the app after first installing it. For my stores, Jennie is my main customer support. She and the tech guy Cao Nam Truong were able to tackle the problem quickly and effectively; the difficulties were resolved within 2 hours of being reported.

The app is presently working flawlessly on our website, and we are extremely pleased with it. Creating your own labels or badges is very easy and they look professional. Support is also very helpful and they fixed all problem quickly. I really appreciate their support. Issues are to be expected with any app, of course.

However, for us, what dictates the continual use of an app after it's installed is how the devs of address the issues and the speed at which they do so.

I can confidently say that Jolie and the devs have promptly fixed not only the small issues that have come up, but have helped us already with over 10-20 small customization-related things.

They have gotten our site exactly where we want it.

Small issue - All of our product pictures are 16:9, so when we are on the sample page positioning the location of the labels in the app settings - it stretches our product photos to 1:1 and this makes it sort of difficult to determine where the label will actually show up, but there is a workaround we were able to do for this pretty easily.

Overall we certainly recommend this app. 5/5
