With the help of the support team, we installed the app in the development shop and were able to test it thoroughly. The support was very responsive and always able to assist us right away. Many thanks to Sean, Bean, and the other friendly contacts for their great support.

The app was then moved to the staging environment, where the developers implemented all necessary adjustments quickly and free of charge. Now the app is live and running without any issues. The team truly deserves 5 stars. The app gets 4 stars from us.

We would still need language control for the labels based on the shop language and not the customer’s IP address. Additionally, the priority logic only works to a limited extent when labels are meant to replace each other while being positioned in exactly the same spot.

Once these improvements are implemented, the app will definitely deserve 5 stars.

Great app, there are a lot of little UI/Ux elements that feel they could be improved for readability, and I find it can be a little clunky at times; but their support is top notch and they were able to get us running quickly when there was compatibility issues.

The app works well but it's not the most intuitive. If you have many badges you have to create sets/combinations of badges and then link them to each variant or product - it's a bit clunky if you have many badges/combinations but it works. Also there is quite the noticeable lag when the badges load on the store or when toggling through the list of variants. It's not too bad but not great (I assume their code slows down the store). We have a very old theme (perhaps part of the problem) and so there were a few glitches getting the badges to show at the right spot, however BSS has a very responsive and sharp support team. Thank you Mabel for all of your help! I gave 4 stars but would have given 4.5 if I could. Overall a good little app!

Very good app, but what would make it perfect is if... if there is a 10%, 25%, 50%, etc group of badge/labels, there needs to be matching 5%, 15%, 20%, 30%, etc (you get the point) - basically ever 5 step percentage should be matching.

For my BFCM sale, I had 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, and 30% discounts, but there was not one single "family library" of the same/similar icons that had all these percentages (I think maybe the super generic ones had them all). Anyway, having mismatched icons didn't look overly professional IMO.

Yes, I could make my own, or find my own.. but that's why I'm paying for an app - to not do that.

Another strange occurrence happened. When I used a bulk-price app to change my prices, BSS recognized those when I used the percentage rules in BSS. But, when I changed the price manually, and changed the compared to price manually (discounting by 30%) the BSS 30% rule didn't pick those 2 products up as being discounted by 30%. Not sure what that was all about.

Anyway, very very good app. I just would want to see a complete family libraries of 5% through 100% off (ever 5th percentage step), and matching "SALE," 'Buy X, Get X," "Flash Sale!" icons that could be used to match the 5%-100% icons. Make true families of icons.
