BSS: Product Labels & Badges

Great app. the labels do exactly what I need them to do! Plus customer service is there to help and on time.

This is the best app I found to create a variety of badges and labels; it offers so many options, including the ability to upload our own. Pricing is competitive too. But best of all is the team from BSS Commerce! They have been so helpful in making sure our badges and labels were just like we needed them. A massive thank you to Amber, Steph, Duong and Hoa! Great work and fantastic communication. I look forward to working with them again and am very happy to recommend their app.

First, we want to say thank you for efforts from support side but, after a MONTH in communication with support there is REPEATED issues all the time that were impossible to fix completely by them. If you are using PageFly app, forget it this app. We can´t create badges with no crash the design. We can do it but, then, we need to contact every time with support to fix the new columns created. Also, most important thing for us is Geo Location it does not work properly. App don´t identify IPs from several countries. We are tested this app against GeoDirectly that is really great IP Geo Content based. With both apps in same places and with same IPs, this app (Product Labels&Badges) don´t detect that IP country and in consecuence don´t show the badges. It was a really headache. Finally, there are another issues as for example, support has changed the size of a badge (due we CANT) but at same time they changed another different badges size making BIGGER and affecting the look and feel of the site. So... thank you again for your efforts trying to fix that things and I wish you all the best success in the future.

App is very easy to use. At first, app does not proper working on my theme because its not shopify theme. But app developer fixed it super fast and super fast kind response!! Great Great Support

Great tool with a very intuitive and clear interface to configure. Also, excellent costumer atention, fast and reliable!

I had discount label placement issue at bottom alignment. Was covering abt half of the price/vendor/type section. I’ve sent couple of lines by mail to move up to prod pic. By next day I got a message abt ‘problem solved check your site’.. Awesome customer service not to mention the app gave everything I needed, even my lil daughter able to use :-) Thanks for pro handling for team!

Does exactly what you would expect it. There was minor changes with the placement required due to my theme and the developers handled it quickly
