Great value for money, easy tagging of products with labels and badges. Tech support is fast an efficient in solving an issue the one time I had some layout problems. (Thanks for the support June Nguyen).
This app is very easy to install and use. The label selection is great, and they look beautiful, not tacky. There are also badges and banners and pop-ups. So there are a lot of features to promote your sales.
But more importantly, the customer service is wonderful. They will help you if you have an issue or a question. Just be aware that, if you are in the USA, they are half way around the world, so your day is their night. They will respond promptly during their working hours during the week, not weekends. So just be patient. They are very helpful and gracious.
The app's main functionality, generating and managing ecommerce labels, works well most of the time. However, I have encountered occasional glitches that caused delays and frustration. While these issues can be inconvenient, the silver lining is the outstanding customer service they offer.
Whenever I faced a problem, the customer support team was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. They were patient in explaining to me the reason for some errors, and also resolved the issues within a 24H turnover. It's evident that they genuinely care about their users' experience and are committed to delivering top-notch assistance.

i want to give this app a lot of praise. The app itself is great, but the support is amazing. Jennie in particular, she was very friendly, helpful and was able to resolve my issue within a few minutes, which saved us a lot of time. Veelzijdige app. kunt er makkelijk badges and banner mee maken. Standaard banners zijn meestal op de VS markt gericht maar met de tool om zelf banners te maken kom je een heel eind. Reageren snel en efficiënt op vragen en zorgen dat het goed komt. Prettige app, fijne service
