BSS: Product Labels & Badges

The BSS staff is very friendly and their support is great, not to mention that the Labels & Badges function of their app is simple to use and very reliable.

A perfect app that does exactly what we needed it to. We chose Product Labels & Badges as it allows for complete customization where you can upload your own design. This app was also super easy to use which was a bonus. We did have a small issue/glitch with the app at first, but Jena Nguyen and their tech guy: Nguyen The Huy and Nguyen Tien Loc were right on top of the issue and fixed it within a day. I'm certain it would have been completed a lot sooner if it weren't for the different time zones, but they were on it first thing and kept me updated every day. One suggestion I would have for the app would be to add an additional area where you are able to adjust the padding/spacing from the edge when uploading your own label. Other than that it's a great app! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for easy, consistent labels and badges.

Product does exactly what I needed which is, of course, awesome. But what made this app great was the amazing customer service.

Ho installato l'applicazione sul mio store ed inizialmente ho avuto dei problemi di configurazione, in quanto probabilmente non supportava di defoult o il tema o le le altre applicazioni che ho installato sul sito, ho chiesto aiuto al supporto e subito ho avuto il supporto di Jena eTran Duc Nam, che dire assistenza PERFETTA, hanno esaudito tutte le mie richieste aiutandomi passo passo nella corretta installazione ed alla corretta visualizzazione in tutti i posizionamenti necessari. Easy to navigate, great look on my website and was pleasantly surprised when installing it. Added a few new badges and they really add to both the aesthetic and the function of my website. The ability to upload custom badges that match with your theme is very cool. Pricing is also on point, not too expensive. The value for money is excellent. The editor is also easy to use and manage and I love the fact that you can duplicate the badges. It saves you a lot of work. Got additional support by Jena Nguyen and Dinh Trong Linh on installing a few extra things the same morning. Their help was very friendly and considerate. The developer was able to help me the same day by installing a few things that would allow my theme and this app to match seamlessly. I hope the team will be bringing out more add ons and different apps in the near future. I will surely be the first to add them. Overal, one of the best developing teams in the Shopify app store business. Would recommend. I am a happy customer.

I have been using this app to highlight our recycled fabric products and love how easy it is to use whilst keeping our branding on point. I recently had an issue with the labels not showing correctly on the product page. I contacted support and Jena along with help from their developer, Tran Duc Nam, quickly found and rectified the issue with no fuss. Thank you!

This app is making the badges and labels job much easier! I like how I have enough flexibility to control how I want it to be displayed. When there was a minor bug, their support team was so supportive and helpful.

Good app and great support. The only criticism is that the stock displays only work at parent level and not for each variant.
