I sent a request for help and received an email back very soon afterward. Helen helped me with my ticket and explained what the issue was and added a screenshot so I could see exactly what the issue was. I do recommend this app the free version provided me with the additional options fields to list my products significantly easier. I did need to reach out for support and they assisted me immediately.

Hello, today I have received many messages from my customers that the photos are not uploaded, I tried it myself but the file upload feature does not work, I lost dozens of sales due to this situation, please fix the problem as soon as possible.
Been liking the app so far. Have only been using it for a month but definitely an upgrade from the previous one I've been using.
