Globo Product Options, Variant

A big learning curve -BUT the product works PERFECT for what I need. I have an event business and we need to collect a lot of information from the clients, and this tool makes it so that we cna do all of that in one transaction, instead of having to email them back and forth. I ended up having to upgrade for some additional functions, but I like how they only have two tiers, free or paid, and the paid one isn't terribly expensive.

After struggling for a little while to get this to work (I couldn't get the options to appear on my product's page), I messaged support with a quick description of my problem. Without me having to lift a finger, the issue was fixed in just a couple of minutes. Rosie also matched the widget to my shop's theme with just a few more minutes of waiting. It's hard to believe all this was possible so quickly with just the free tier! I look forward to playing with this tool some more!

Great app but not suited for my particular use case. I've tried a bunch of other similar apps and this one, imo, is the most logical and easy to use.

The app is useful of you have very modest needs with free plan. In case you need a little customization or translate to another language, you will need to pay. The customer support is great tho

There are some things like data sync that you cannot do yourself. I was having old deleted sets showing on my site and needed to have them fix it via chat. It was a quick fix once we found there was a problem, but it shouldn't have been a problem to start with. overall though its free so I can't complain too much.

It takes a few steps to get it right, but it does exactly what it says it does. Helen was able to help me very quickly with setup.

This app is very useful, and I appreciate the regular updates that keep it among the best in its category. I did encounter a critical issue with a new feature when using it for the first time (hence the one-star deduction), but the team resolved it promptly after investigating. I’m especially grateful for Clara’s help.

Its a really good app with a vast variety of different usages. Making your products more dynamic and customizable. Its realtively easy to handle and works very good. The many templates make it so that you can implement these features pretty fast. Having your cutomers engage more with your products, customizing them or adding accessories is very useful.
The support is very nice and helpful. They answered fast and could help me exactly the way I needed.
But the app also has its limits. I personally couldnt find all features I wanted to have, but thats okay. Beside that I find it a bit lacking in the visual sense. There arent that many personalisation options. Unless you know code you need to contact the support for features that should just be simple options to begin with.

I have been working on my shopify website for 3 days straight trying to do one task that I thought was simple.
It turned out I needed Globo product options to do the task and with the help of Mike I managed to do achieve the result I wanted within a couple of hours.
