I have reached out a few times with some minor issues which were user error, the team has been absolutely fantastic with helping me fix these small things and in an extremely timely manner. Highly recommend the app, it is the easiest and most comprehensive one I have used.
Great app！
I searched for the apps for a very long time and I tried different for a very long time. I almost gave up, but in the end I came across this. It meets several requirements, which is primarily simplicity for the customer. Easy and intuitive administration environment in shopify (which most similar applications have terribly complicated). Plus a great design and the ability to easily edit it. Plus another X thing I missed elsewhere. As a bonus, you will also receive a very helpful customer support, which helped me solve my perfectionist requirements :D I will definitely look at their other apps and I definitely recommend it.
The only app that effectively gets the job done for what is obviously missing in any theme for us and our branch. Customizable image swatches that can add additional items to your cart are a must for us and Globo makes it happen.
In fact, every single feature is being put to great use. Being able to set things such as “conditional logic options” to hide and show certain elements have quickly become indispensable for our webshop.
We do hope to see more features and improvements make their way into this application. Luckily, their customer support is one of the best out there and the fastest I’ve ever witnessed!
Na het niet meer werken van het kortingscode veld in mijn winkelmand vertelde de helpdesk dat ik de update van de app (van versie 1 naar versie 2) moest doen. Waardoor ik alles opnieuw in moest stellen. Wel met de garantie dat alles weer 100% werkt. Ik kreeg ook nog een gratis upgrade, omdat in versie 1 alle opties die ik had nog gratis waren. Kost even wat moeite, maar de app werkt fantastisch en de service is ook goed, ze helpen je snel en lossen het probleem ook op.
Very useful app because I need a lot of variances. And a great and friendly customer service. Special thanks to Helen, who fixed a problem so quickly! I am using this app for several years now and I am still very happy with it. Very recommendable!
