Globo Product Options, Variant

UPDATE: The team responded quickly and fixed all of the mentioned bugs. Great team and in my view the best app on the market when it comes to customization! Thanks! Great potential in terms of design and way of creating the options. Definitely superior to other apps in that field. Problems: 1. File upload is limited to 2MB. 2. The creation of the options is lagging A LOT when you have 10-12 options, it becomes almost impossible to create or change options because it takes 5 minutes for each change BIGGEST PROBLEM: The main price does not change with changing the options. Therefore, you cannot use the app because the displayed price is not correct - in the card and at the checkout. Great potential, but definitely needs some work.

I recently had the experience of working with Globo Variant and must say I am thoroughly impressed. While it turned out that their variant option wasn't the right fit for my specific needs, their professionalism and customer service were second to none.

In conclusion, even though their specific variant option wasn't the right match for me, everything else about the company was top-notch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Globo to others. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is something other companies should aspire to.

I would like to give 10 stars to the apps and to the customer service I received. I love this apps. There are so many great features that make my store stand out. Highly recommend. It's user friendly and great to work with. All my products are personaized and I wanted to add text, add ons and many other options for the products. GLobo Product Options, Variant Options made everything so easy for me. I had a few issues, which were fixed in one day and everything start working properly and perfect. Thank you for creating such a great apps and thank you for all you help!
