So far so good. I'm really thrilled with the capabilities it is offering my business. I have a custom paid theme and it has integrated seamlessly, support for minor questions has been quick and the possibilities are truly endless!

Great support that even implements new features for you. In our case they implemented multiple special features. Most importantly those that even work with or exclusively for Shopify POS, which is a huge help for our retail team.

I tried another app that would allow me to do personalized labels and gift wrap for an up-charge in my Shopify Store. I could not get it to work and no one would get back to me. I did some more research and tried Globo. I was able to get it working on my own but there was one issue that I was having in the cart. I got onto the Globo chat and a representative was able to help me with the final changes and things are working perfectly. This App was very intuitive and where I had a snag, the customer service was excellent. They are half the price of the other App subscription service, an added bonus!

Ik heb deze gratis app gebruikt om bij een aantal producten de klant zijn eigen tekst of nummer te laten invoeren. Werkt erg goed. Nu hoef ik hiervoor geen aparte product templates meer te maken. En er zijn nog veel meer mogelijkheden met deze app.
