I've had a lot of contact with app developers over the past 3 years. Honestly the experience can be pretty frustrating. My experience with Globo is the prototype of what I'd look for. Quick, responsive, and does a great job of actively listening. Most of the contact with app developers revolves around them helping stores figure out how to address specific user specific issues. Globo knocked it out of the park and I couldn't be happier with the final result.
Absolutely great support had a niche use for pricing and they were able to assist within hours.

Aussi, le service client est vraiment au TOP ! Si vous avez besoin d'eux, ils répondent très rapidement et règlent vos problèmes sans souci, et même plus encore. Je les ai contacté pour un problème d'affichage sur mon site, ils ont même pris l'initiative de modifier les ongles de l'application afin qu'ils soient plus harmonieux avec mon thème.

I needed an app to be able to have a customisable form for certain products and this seemed to be the answer and whenever I had a query the support was quick and actually solved every problem I had in record time, under 24 hours, which is rare nowadays
