They really deserve 5 stars for their customer service. They always get to the bottom of the issue and resolve it in a reasonable time frame. My one complaint would be, because of our unique industry, there is some functionality that would be great for us to have, for example, an extra layer (or two) of conditional logic built in would make creating complicated option sets much easier. However, the app works as its designed to.
Globo’s support is top-notch. I reached out, and Helen and their engineering team helped me right away. I strongly recommend the app.
