Wow! To be able to talk to a real person in the live chat, Rosie, when I am new to this and confused. It is unheard of today with the other Apps like this. The customer service alone is worth it. Rosie was the most helpful, kind, and understanding with me as I learned how to use this app. Not only is my Shopify store connected, but my products are fully integrated and I have a better understanding of what my customers will see. I just started offering personalized engraving on my site and needed to offer more variants/options than Shopify offers. Shopify suggested Globo. Helen and her team were quick to respond and help me activate my account. They used my brand hex color and kept everything on brand. I couldn't recommend this app more. It relieved a massive headache for me!
