Solid app, even better support

Tried a bunch of product options apps, but this one actually delivers. Simple, flexible, does what it promises – and clean UX too, which is rare.

Now let’s talk about the support – absolutely great. Special thanks to Helen, super fast replies, even the smallest UI issues were handled with care. Feels like having VIP support. Really made a big difference.

Gemma went above and beyond to help me figure out a complex multi-product swatch setup. I wanted to link color family swatches to separate product pages and also sync variant images on the product page — and she clearly explained everything, step-by-step. She even suggested combining it with GLO Options for our specific needs. The app is powerful, flexible, and works perfectly when set up right. Big thanks to the support team — 100% recommended!

I like to figure things out on my own but I am impatient and often get interrupted by customers so I often miss the little details that are important in getting apps like this to work. Gemma and the rest of their amazing support not only helped me with lightning speed and helped me learn a few things along the way. They also did most of the work in integrating the secondary app to set up preorders. The assistance was much appreciated and helped me run our business better.

I have found the basic option to be sufficient for my website needs at this time, and is relatively easy to use. I needed to change the font color on the personalization box, and Helen was prompt and knowledgeable in taking care of this. She also tweaked things a bit to provide a cleaner look on my end. I just want to say a huge thank you to Gemma for digging in and helping me find a solution with the Globo Product Options app for Shopify. I was stuck trying to figure out how to properly configure conditional logic for different product sizes and flavor selections, and Gemma went above and beyond to not only understand the issue but walk me through a solution step by step. Couldn't recommend enough! I use the free version and am able to add the options to personalise and customise my products that I need. Rosie in chat support even changed the font and colour to match the rest of my website's branding which now looks amazing! She was so helpful and friendly too.

I haven't used the app for long, but so far, I really like it. I've used several different options apps over the years and this is one of the easiest to set up. Also, it just worked out of the box and was easy to get it to look the way I wanted. I needed customer service help to remove the add-on product links from my cart page and the rest of the website. Steven was amazing - had it finished in what seemed like just minutes.

Excellent Support and Reliable App!
I had a small issue after updating my theme, and the Globo support team responded incredibly fast. They quickly accessed my store and fixed the problem in no time. The app works perfectly now and offers great flexibility for product personalization. Highly recommended – not just for the app itself, but for the amazing support behind it!

This app is great! We use the Premium Plan, which has everything we need to make product customization a very straight forward process for the customer when making a purchase. It's also very easy on the admin side to set up.

Their customer support is also the best! Steven got right back to me (like within 5 minutes) with the solution to my question. I also have a very specific color-scheme for my site, and support was able to accommodate by adding custom CSS for me multiple times.

If you plan on selling custom products on your site, I could not recommend Globo Product Options more!
