Globo Product Options, Variant

Really good customer service. I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to anything online, but I used the chat feature and got through to Helen who helped me with everything I needed. She was really patient and sent screenshots to show me where I could find options etc. Really impressed.

I love that it allows me to change options for multiple products all at once instead of having to go into each product listing to change things. The customer service has been incredible since day 1 and I have had to reach out a couple times for questions and they have always been fast and helpful!

Helen was great, responded so quickly and was able to put all the variables on my customers printout, as they were not listed when I printed it. They are now, which is great!

Very good app. If you have a lot of customizable and personalize products, this is an app that will help you get all the information that you need from a buyer.

Helen offered great service, once I explained my issue she fixed it and got me the info on how she did so.

This app has worked wonders for our product option sets. A few things needed to be updated and Rosie was able to hop in and add the coding necessary to make that happen! Very quick and friendly response. A lot more features in the way the app works and displays product info so really dig in to it! Add their Color Swatch app and you are set for every thing you would need!

I had been trying to get many things right for different types of options sets, products, their shapes and sizes, and the prices connected to them. I tried for hours and then decided to reach out and got in contact with Helen. She was so friendly and service-minded.
