It takes a minute to figure it all out, but it's worth it. The customization is fabulous and it allows me to offer a wide variety of flexibility to my customers with custom products. I also love the ability to hide or reveal options based on conditions selected by the customer.

I still new user for the app but let me talk about the technical and Customer support. The experience I had was so much good. The technical support team are so professional and helpful. I sent an email asking for support and they amazed me with the fast response. Also one of their developers worked on my shop to solve the issue. So professional answering my questions one by one. The way they demonstrate the solutions is very professional and clear. The team works as humans support, not robots just sending you links with instructions and you need to do it by yourself or most of the time you don’t find your answer as happening with any other application . Not at all. With that application when I sent my issue, they were so patient and right away transferred my question to one of their developers who worked on it and solved it as I asked.
Talking about the app itself,
It’s easy to use « with their support «  and easy and clear for your customers also to use it to customize their preferred product.
Until now , I really recommend this app. Feeling that I am part of team supporting me, makes me feeling confident to use the app.

The application works very well. It has all the features that allow customers to select additional products. Support is very fast and has so far solved all problems with the app. The only feature we are missing is the tracking of product-option status.

Well....I did like it until all of my listings stopped working. I received no response from my attempts to contact support

False Alarm. their response ended up in Spam. They hunted me down on FB and fixed the issue. THANK YOU

Have been using this 3rd party app for awhile and love it. What is making me write this today is a recent incident that caused some issues on our website. I was removing some unwanted apps from the store and somehow this app was deleted. This was extremely worrisome as we had spent a great deal of time creating custom options sets for each of our products.

Long story short after it was reinstalled there was no infromation. I contacted customer service with a glimmer of hope that the data could all be returned. Within 2 hours they had got back to me and by morning all of the data was restored. This was a huge relief as we had paid our developers alot of money to customize the website.

Just wanted to say thankyou to the app team for being there when needed!
