I was having a hard time creating text fields and options for my ordering system. Until I was recommended by a Shopify Customer Service to this app. It was simple to use, I also got help from Helen, one of the staff working in Globo Product Options, She is very prompt and her service is just really on the ball.
Helen is awesome. Due to Helen only. I'm using this App. else I would have been uninstalled this..
It takes a minute to figure it all out, but it's worth it. The customization is fabulous and it allows me to offer a wide variety of flexibility to my customers with custom products. I also love the ability to hide or reveal options based on conditions selected by the customer.

Globo is ignoring me about the refund they supposedly sent through but actually haven't. Shopify have confirmed to me that they have not processed the refund. This issue has been going on for weeks now and they claim to have refunded it but no refund is showing anywhere and Shopify billing has told me that they have not processed any refund that they can see. So Globo has taken the money for a whole years subscription and promised to refund it and haven't actually done so. I have been talking to Rosie on Globo for many weeks and she claims she has no control over the Globo billing and says she will check with her team, except she hasn't got back to me with anything from the team about this so-called issue. Now they are not replying to me via the chat or email. There have been no updates from the team. Now I'm just being ignored about this and now have my money which is approximately $128 USD. I'm very angry now and they are making it worse by ignoring me completely and not providing me with any indication of what is happening and if they will even give my money back and if so when. They've lied to me several times. So avoid this company at all costs! Worst customer service experience ever! If I could give zero stars I would. REFUND MY PAYMENT LIKE YOU PROMISED YOU WOULD GLOBO! SCAM!

Perfect for our needs!. We use the app to offer extra services and options to the products we sell and works fantastic.Whenever we need assistance, the team is there to help. I highly recommend all their products.
I needed a plugin to share variants between multiple products. Unfortunately there was no way to set specific product prices depending on two or more varaints, but sharing varaints that doesn't affect price works great.
Support is super quick and friendly, even did custom changes for my store.
Helen helped me out with some website layout and was SO HELPFUL.
I was hesitant to pay for the fee at first but with this customer service it makes total sense and is worth it!
