I am so impressed with the app. It is very easy to set up and customer service is great. Helen helped me with a custom feature and answered my questions right away. I'm so excited to see my abandon cart numbers improve because of this app!
I installed this on a new store as it looked slightly better with increased functionality than a competing product I am using on my other similar stores.
Support and development to fix a bug in my set up was quick and worked perfectly, Helen then assisted further with improvements to the UX of the tool.
Once I have tested further I will probably move my others store across to Globo as well

Ive used the app on multiple sites. And it's always worked perfectly. Many options and customisations available.
The customer service is possibly the best ive experienced with any app developers. Not only were they super quick, but they even helped with some coding issues (without being asked) to make sure the app worked perfectly with a tricky theme.
I'm especially pleased with everything about the app and company as a whole.
It's already the fourth, maybe fifth, time that I've turned to their service, and every time I'm surprised anew by their professionalism and patience.
