I reached out to Customer service regarding the backgrounds on their dropdown lists not properly displaying.
Helen responded letting me know she was the employee assigned to assist me and she will let me know when my issue was resolved. Within 20 minutes, I had my issue solved :) great customer service!

Globo is very responsive and helpful! I was having an issue with add-on products, specifically a message stating items were no longer available and they explained the cause for the error. So far, my experience with the app and customer service has been great!
I've been trying to figure out how to be able to add more variants WITHOUT increasing the inventory quantity, and this app is EXACTLY what I was looking for!

I sent a request for help and received an email back very soon afterward. Helen helped me with my ticket and explained what the issue was and added a screenshot so I could see exactly what the issue was.
