This is an outstanding app and by far the most important one used on my stores. Absolutely worth every cent for the PRO version too. It's very easy to use and on the rare occasion I've run into problems, their customer support team have been fast and effective with helping me. Rosie and Wick helped me with a problem just yesterday and I can only dream that other customer support teams gave me the kind of fast friendly service they did! I don't leave reviews normally but they genuinely deserve it. Much appreciated team Globo :)

This app was recommended by other vendors and I thought I would try it. I had some issues with compatibility with my theme. But Helen in customer service fixed the issue - very fast!! She was great and sent me emails letting me know what was happening. Great customer service and communications!!

Very Sad, it"s the worse customer service i had experimented in shopify. I get the paid version, the more expensive, it took me hours to set it up, but it's not working properly, for 3 days the customer service continue to tell me to wait to check, when i chat with them they say " i m looking for wait " and i stay up til 2 am but at one moment they disconnect and dont do anything, neither they send me an email. They really dont pay attention to their customers, if its beginning like this, i cant imagine on the future, i will go with infinite options app i think ... sosad

Globo is ignoring me about the refund they supposedly sent through but actually haven't. Shopify have confirmed to me that they have not processed the refund. This issue has been going on for weeks now and they claim to have refunded it but no refund is showing anywhere and Shopify billing has told me that they have not processed any refund that they can see. So Globo has taken the money for a whole years subscription and promised to refund it and haven't actually done so. I have been talking to Rosie on Globo for many weeks and she claims she has no control over the Globo billing and says she will check with her team, except she hasn't got back to me with anything from the team about this so-called issue. Now they are not replying to me via the chat or email. There have been no updates from the team. Now I'm just being ignored about this and now have my money which is approximately $128 USD. I'm very angry now and they are making it worse by ignoring me completely and not providing me with any indication of what is happening and if they will even give my money back and if so when. They've lied to me several times. So avoid this company at all costs! Worst customer service experience ever! If I could give zero stars I would. REFUND MY PAYMENT LIKE YOU PROMISED YOU WOULD GLOBO! SCAM!

Amazing ADD-ON! Must have for everyone trying to list items with more then 2 options.Makes your life easier, and Great customer service. Rosie was very diligent and helpful in solving the issue which was down to our own fault. Thanks Rosie :-)
