Perfect app for displaying image variants. Even better for the quick, helpful and readily available support, directly accessible through the app management page. I've used support via chat, and Rosie was instantly available and took the time to completely resolve my issue.

Been using it just a few days.. The user interface is nice, pretty simple to get it going. Opt for the paid plan.. It's not that much and offers so much more! Their support team seems to be on the ball, too. Any questions or issues I have had are resolved within 24 hours (usually much less.. like 4 hours for complex things). Helen has helped me out!! Definitely recommend.

This app was recommended by other vendors and I thought I would try it. I had some issues with compatibility with my theme. But Helen in customer service fixed the issue - very fast!! She was great and sent me emails letting me know what was happening. Great customer service and communications!!

I want to extend a big thank you to the Globo app and especially to Helen from support, who promptly assisted me when I was in need. We encountered an issue with the appearance of our cart, where the configuration was overlapping with the quantity of products. Their technicians promptly resolved the entire situation for us; all they needed was access. They respond lightning-fast. They also helped us with translating the app into all our languages. They are amazing. Thank you!

We just started using Globo. The app works incredibly well. It has all the features we need to sell complex items to a wide variety of customers.
I needed some help to it up and running and in about 30 minutes my four problems I encountered was fixed by Helen on chat. Great job!

So far having a great time with this. Just got it today after reading articles for literal hours on how to implement the new GraphQL product APIs for the 2000 variant limit into my store and coming up dry. I don't know how to code and can't afford for someone to do it for me so I found this plugin that is awesome. Originally I was thinking the free version would be enough, but I needed access to the add-on prices and had $100 in shopify app credits so I said what the heck. The new APIs are supposed to be implemented and accessible to all (without a developer storefront) by early next year, so I figure I will use it at least until then. I was having trouble trying to figure out how to hide the add-on products that are created when you make option sets so that they would only show as the in-product-page drop downs I created them for, and I went to the chat to ask about this. Within the hour Rosie from Globo added code to my store to hide them successfully. No qualms really so far, other than that I wish you could use multiple option sets on a singular product. It doesn't take that much more time to just make product specific option sets, but it would be nice to either use multiples for one product, or copy paste them onto others. I like it!
