Had a couple of issues with the app not charging for the add ons, but I raised a support on friday afternoon and by Monday morning I had a reply to say it was fixed. Seems to be working perfectly now, which is great as the app is EXACTLY what my shop needs (I use it to allow customers to personalise fairies which i then make!) - its a great app, so I'm really pleased the team were able to work on thsi little issue to get it functioning as I need it to. On top of this, every member of the team I spoke to was so lovely, really human interactions with great people, so thank you Mike and Rosie!

I've labored over finding a way to add options without creating a thousand new variants/sku's in shopify's native controls but still haven't found a way. Globo has been a lifesaver for a work around for adding ring sizes and chain lengths and upgrades without having to manage extra inventory. And when I had a request Customer Service was amazing and so accommodating!

Glob Product Options, Variant and the team is amazing. So many others charge an arm and a leg for what they offer and even though their product is free, they still offer amazing customer service! I had an issue and they were prompt and helpful. Highly recommend.

I do what I can to figure out things on my shopify site. So I needed to configure an addon for a product page and was able to figure it out on my own after shopify support informed me that an app was used by a developer I hired - so I opened the Globo Product Options and was able to configure a variant without assistance. I had reached out to the app makers and they responded within 24 hours. Thanks for making an app that non-developers like myself can use!

I've used Globo for the past two years to give people the option to add embossing to the journals I sell. It works great, and I've generated very strong sales. Really easy to install and customise, and it's allowed us to offer personalisation options to add an extra touch to our service. We wanted the personalisation options to show up in the confirmation emails as well, so got in touch and Helen did an amazing job of editing the code to add this in - really really pleased with the service!
