Globo Product Options, Variant

We have been using this app for about 3 years now. There have been solid improvements over that time span, and any time we have ran into an issue their customer service has been very prompt getting it figured out for us. Would recommend if you are in the need for this type of app.

This app is great! We use the Premium Plan, which has everything we need to make product customization a very straight forward process for the customer when making a purchase. It's also very easy on the admin side to set up.

Their customer support is also the best! Steven got right back to me (like within 5 minutes) with the solution to my question. I also have a very specific color-scheme for my site, and support was able to accommodate by adding custom CSS for me multiple times.

If you plan on selling custom products on your site, I could not recommend Globo Product Options more!

Great app and friendly fast service! My shop does add-on embroidery services and this app allows customers to add-on embroidery and customize with text font, text size, colour, and add-on price.

Helen is also great at helping me fix variant image sizes and specs!

Great app very easy to use and gets good results. customer service is EXCELLENT. I asked a question on how I could include customers options on invoices and they went out of their way to fix it for me. Little Helen deserves a special mention for how well she handled my request and followed it up

Such a good app for having additional add ons. Especially in the jewellery industry and allowing customers to personalise with their own charms. Also, really helpful customer service team. They helped code in extra changes for me. 100% recommend.

This application is a life saver! It allows to have a product with lots of options! It helps so much! It's easy to implement different sets for different products, adjust the prices for add-ons and manage each set when I need to add or remove variants. You can also add photos to your variants.
I highly recommend it!

The app is pretty versatile for what I need. There have been a few things i've wished they had for easy set up or as an option but understand the limits of apps without custom coding and appreciate what is available. The team is also always willing to hop in and help when I need it or come across an issue. They're even looking into some of the extra requests I wanted so who knows! Maybe the few custom type things I'm wanting will be a reality soon!
