I have changed my review as initially I had problems with setting up the app and I got frustrated (some problems were with their setup and others were user.... me). I had a whinge and I have to say their support is exceptional, especially Al Amin Khan who was so patient and sorted all the issues. I would recommend it.

I opened three different tickets/requests for bug fixes in my store. They all were related to formating. I got a response in less than 24 hours from support (Numan) and they were able to fix every detail as request in less than 48 hours. I love this app! Our ordering process is so easy for our customers and there is no confusion about how they want their product monogrammed or personalized. The set up took a bit to figure out (due to their many options available-they have thought of everything) but this company is very helpful. Questions are answered within a day or two and they are very kind and helpful with their responses. They were able to address any personalization set up issues (and I had a LOT of questions) and options for everything I needed. Our orders are coming in very clearly for easy processing. I highly recommend this app!!

This app does pretty much everything I need it to do and after some getting used to the interface it's fairly easy to use. Some hiccups here and there with renderings and sometimes slow to load but I am overall pretty happy with it.
