We've used this app to process THOUSANDS of orders. Their team (primarily Al Amin Khan and Shahariare) have always been ready and eager to assist us in any issues we've had. Excellent support team and incredible customer service.
The team at Zepto and specifically my contact Shahariare were very fast to respond to my requests after installing the trial - I love the app and recommend it to anyone needing an app to allow customizable products with virtually unlimited variants. I researched a lot for personalization / customization apps and this was the best by far. It does take a learning curve to figure out the rules and how to use it, but it's a very logical system and they provide great documentation. I have since used the app for a couple of years now and it's been great for our seat cover web site.
