The App does exactly what it says it does. I used it to add an engraving option to my site. Worked flawlessly and is highly configurable. Highly recommended.
Customer service is A+ -- added a lot of functionality to our website and when there was a small issue with our checkout, they fixed it quickly with great communication throughout the process.
I have tested several personalization apps and I going back to Zepto. The new interface is much easier to understand and support is excellent!
The customer service is great at responding to inquiries & fix issues. The app has a lot of options that we are able to use, it's a little bit of a learning curve if you're trying to do something very complicated, which we have on our site.
