Love this app. We are using this both to personalize a product and also to build a bundle by linking customizations with variants. Support is amazing. We were having an issue which they fixed in timely manner.

On day 1 we already knew the user interface are poor, both for the users and customers are poor. But it does the job so we go ahead.
Recently, we want to launch a new product, duplicated from an existing product with this personalizer. So we saved a template and applied it to the new product.
It does NOT work. We contacted support, and it took two days for each response, asked us to delete all the condition settings and applied one by one. We did and is still not working. Then it takes another two days to clarify what the problem is and even asked us to take a video on how we applied the conditions. Isn't there a collaborator account we can grant to them to check or even a staff account? We are stuck here and still waiting for a fix, on a very simple situation: Duplicate the exact same product and apply the same personalizer template.

I've use this app to customize a few products in my store and it works very well. I had an issue, contacted the support and it was fixed right away. I'm very happy that we choose to use this app for our store. Great option and support.

Of all the apps I've tested on the shopify app store. The support on this one is 0/5, it's the worst support ever. They answer once a week, activate the chat once a week. I don't recommend you

I have been working with this app for a month now and am very impressed with the amount of customization that I have been able to offer my customers. It gets tricky offering differing types of customization but the support has been great--always answers my questions and thru collaborative access to my store has even gone in and fixed things that were above my capabilities. I highly recommend this app!

Update January 2019: app is now working fine. Review 5 stars. At the moment all well. I Recommend giving it a try.

Customer service is ok. App does what I need but when uploading photo to customize canvas store, 50% of the time it freezes and crashes. Also when using different variants, the pictures match on the first attempt when choosing the variants but then scramble and dont match what customer selects..

This could be a great app but still need debugging/ developing. Still on a trial, recorded a video with the issue but seller has not responded yet. Will look for other apps, as paying for this app if doesn't do the job is stupid.
