Email support never came unfortunately, and this is after I subscribed on a plan. ): Wish I had better things to say but I'd probably be looking for a different app.

It worked for a while, but then al of a sudden the app stopped working. It kept saying to clear my cookies and to allow cookies, which I have. I cleared everything restarted my devices and it didn’t work again. I even tried to redownload it and it didn’t work. Not sure if this app is even actually available.

Good app but getting so many bugs; Customer service has been super slow to answer my inquiries, and even after upgrading to a paid plan I am still getting bugs that interfere significantly with my business
We are extremely sorry for your experience. In your case, you left us a review within an hour of sending us your question right before Christmas weekend when we were short staffed. Regardless, we responded to your questions the same day (we could not replicate the issues you were facing) but haven't heard from you.
Usefull specially for the connection with Klaviyo (which could be better explained with a specific faq/tutorial). They've a fast and kind customer service, that helped me with this doubt. Another note: the general design of the "quiz" and app can be improved.
I really like the idea of this app. It's super easy to handle but till now, I'm not sure if this app can show everything we would like to do with it (e.g. answer fields have different sizes), that's why I rated it with 4 stars till now. Customer service is very nice. I always got a fast and helpful answer.
It gets the job done BUT you can only add one question for your quiz. If you want something simple this works which is why I gave it 3 stars. But for more you'll have to look else where.

The 2 reviews are from the developers themselves. This app is not even fully developed yet and should not have been released on the app store. No instructions on how to do anything. This should not even be given one star, please don't release a program that is not finished!
