The apps has some glitches that require support to sync with their backend system every now and then, but their support is really top notch, always try their best to provide technical support whenever we have issues with the app. Pricing is quite steep though but overall it does what it’s designed for.

i cant see my logo on my forms, there is no tutorial nor support. I recommend due to the fact its the easier one, but high prices

UPDATE to: When I click the link from my email to approve a review on my mobile device the screen doesn't allow me to see the button to approve the review. Everything up to this point has been frustration-free!

You've responded there should be en Eye icon. There definitely isn't . If you want to email I can send you a screenshot. Thanks

There's an "eye icon" that when viewing the review on a mobile device, that will allow you to publish/unpublish a review.

Hi , I really like the app. It serves our purpose. Is there an option to manually send the request to review through our app. It will help us get more reviews for our products for people who do not buy from our website but from other resources. Thanks

I had a trouble with syncing after reviews import but the support was very helpful in fixing the issue.

A little confusing to work but overall a great app - a requires a bit of a learning curve. also overlaps with functions of several other apps i already have installed, so don't love that. But i would recommend overall!

Ich habe die App im Online Shop installiert, es war wirklich schnell und einfach. Die App funktioniert sehr gut. Das einzige was ich bei der App vermisse ist die Spracheinstellung für das Menu.
