Just recently got this App, the team is very helpful and is attentive to my questions.
Love this app! It makes it so easy for customers to leave a review that they actually do it! Setup is quick and painless and it has many settings to customize for your use. I've only had to contact support once and they answered quickly (even over the holidays) and had a really simple solution to my question. We run this on all 3 of our Shopify stores and I would recommend it for everyone!
Good App. Gets the job done. The pricing and plans could be better though. Interface and widget is good.
I've been using this app for the past few weeks. The customer service associated with this app is unparalleled. I always receive a reply within 24 hours and the modifications are always done within that timeframe as well. Tommy (especially) has been incredible in helping to get everything set up. Just transferred our site from Etsy to an independent url and imported all our reviews with this app into shopify. Had a few trouble shooting things and the customer service was excellent!
