So far this is such a user-friendly app. I am not a spring chicken or techie at all and I think I am doing pretty great with it.

Prompt customer support is par excellence and helped us overcome a few challenges very quickly. The team was available almost round the clock.
This is a very good app. The only improvement I would suggest is having them notify me, by email or text, when someone has made a review so that I know right away. I expressed this concern and was quickly contacted with easy-to-follow instructions about how to achieve this. Very satisfied.
