I have been using this app for the past few quarters relying on a narrow set of features by design. The functionality is simple, direct, and exactly what I wanted for my shop. Very useful app to get reviews. We have gathered almost 100 reviews all of them 5 stars and this app made it all possible. Can't really compare to other ones but so far this works just fine. We had some issues adding rich snippets onto our site, without asking, the customer rep went ahead and installed it for us. What a pleasant surprise. Thank you so much. They even followed up with extra instructions on how to improve our deliverability by updating our SPF/DKIM. Great customer support !!!

Very helpful. I had trouble installing the widgets on my homepage. I also had trouble importing my reviews from another source. I sent them the csv file & they did it for me. Awesome!
Very easy to use. I was nervous about installing because sometimes these apps can get a little confusing. Which leads me to uninstall it, but not in this case. Loving it so far and can't wait to start receiving reviews.
