I have recently started to use stamped.io review and reward modules, and so far things are looking promising. A lot of nice features available, and largely self-explanatory and accessible, even for someone without coding experience. A few areas of possible improvement, but I need to have more experience with the app to understand how valuable it is for my user experience. Support has been very helpful and quick to resolve issues.
Absolute amazing app, the customer service is excellent. Highly recommended. The customer service helped me with every part to make the review form as I needed.

Been using Stamped for several months now and I'm very satisfied with the app as well as the support from Ivan and Tommy. The app works well and for the price, I think the features are just as good or even better than the other review apps I've tried. But it's the support from the team that gives me confidence to stick with Stamped. They are prompt and very helpful, and I feel like they empathise with what I'm trying to do, which results in very quick and effective support.
Probably the one thing I'd want more is the ability to do more drag and drop customisation to the email templates. Currently, it feels quite basic and the default designs aren't very modern. That would be helpful for merchants that don't have extensive HTML/CSS capabilities.
Overall, I'd definitely recommend this app.
As usual, their support is amazing. Quick response and always a great hand to help you. They are more than recommended. The app itself is great as well.
The app is really easy to use and very powerful. The dashboard is more intuitive than other solutions I tried, especially to moderate reviews. And the support is from another planet. They are Incredibly fast and willing to solve every problem.
The app works great. Customer service is amazing too. Would recommend any small business in need of a great app to collect reviews this should be the one.
