Overall the app is good, no issues here. At the moment I don't need the app Support is great, I requested help from them in uninstalling the app and removing any hidden code from my store and they responded

I tried loox first but didn't really like it so I moved over to stamped.io because it has way more functions (eg video)

I have used Stamped with both BigCommerce and Shopify and have been very pleased with the performance. Customer Service has been excellent as well.
