It is a great app to request customer reviews and constantly keep track of them. Free plan is awesome to get started as well, provides very complete service. We are really happy with it!

This app works perfectly! I make unique one of a kind items, so I emailed them asking how I could funnel all the reviews into one separate reviews page, instead of underneath each product. (I'm not very tech savvy) They were able to remotely gain access to my Shopify to fix it for me! I'm so so happy to finally find a review app that does what I need it to do! Super impressed with the customer service. I've even upgraded my subscription plan with them. :)
Great app, switched over from Loox and find this is better value. Amazing support, genuinely some of the best we've had from any app.
Like it, easy to install and had a question, support was top notch. I would recommend it to all.....
