Really easy to use and set up review requests. I was also able to go back (with an upgrade and some great help from their service folks) to set up a recurring review request from past clients we had before we got the ap.
The free version works great (sorry guys but you should probably charge a little for that) but we had to upgrade for some extra features which is good for the money.

Customer service is awesome - was considering switching reviews app and Behon was super helpful in making sure the transition was as easy as possible. Lots of widget options available for customization.
We just installed this app to encourage and display our customer reviews. So far all is terrific. The price to start is fair and the amount of customization options is impressive. We got stuck a couple of times during the install but the customer service was fast, thorough and extremely helpful! So far we have only been live for a few hours and positive reviews are popping up all over the site. I believe that this will boost conversion rates significantly. Great app!
App allows for great customization, easily integrates with klaviyo, and is overall a breeze to use. They also have excellent customer support and were able to add the widget to a page type that was outside of their default settings the day of the request!

It's a great app. It's confusing at first but the support team is very efficient and helpful. They also helped me import and set up my Etsy reviews. I am very happy and recommend this app to everyone.
