I have recently started to use stamped.io review and reward modules, and so far things are looking promising. A lot of nice features available, and largely self-explanatory and accessible, even for someone without coding experience. A few areas of possible improvement, but I need to have more experience with the app to understand how valuable it is for my user experience. Support has been very helpful and quick to resolve issues.

This is the greatest app that I have used! Their layout is simply amazing, and their customer service is beyond what you can imagine. I definitely recommend this app compared to other apps! Even though this is a paid app, it is worth it!
I enjoy the clean look of the reviews. It helped my store look very professional. I had an issue with how the app was looking on my store ( because I changed the theme color), the support team responded in a timely manner and made the correction for me.
I'm using the free version, which was easy to install. I was immediately able to send out an email to customers who had purchased products from my site. When I sent an email to Stamped.io inquiring about changing the placement of reviews on my site, they responded within 8 minutes and had fixed my issue. I had another question about including rating stars on all my product pages. They took care of that very quickly as well. Great service so far!
Easy to set up and their Customer Service team is very responsive and provides detailed instructions or support when needed.

We have an auto-install function set in place for default themes as we've received feedback from users for simplifying installation, and taking that feedback, we’ve implemented auto-installation of the reviews widget by default, making it really easy to get started.
You can easily remove the auto-installed widget in product.liquid.

This app is really easy to use and to customise to your stores brand. It's helpful to be able to set up and send a review email sequence to try and convert more customers who may not leave you a review first time. It also pulls in your products from Shopify and the emails look good. Only thing I could comment on for improvement would be that sometimes you have to follow the link in the email to leave the review if the form does not work in there. However, this is fairly minor, and all links work and everything looks professional. Also, really helpful to mention it has a free version which is great value. Highly recommend.
