Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

We use this on two of our stores and it works very well. Support has been very good with someone fixing any issues and getting back to us quickly. It's refreshing to get a timely reply to your support inquiries and they are always friendly and helpful.

First I have to say, excellent customer service. Responsive and timely.
We've had real success in getting reviews from our customers utilizing their app. And when we needed additional functionallty, by adding a clickable url to a review, they quickly made the necessary adjustments. Thank you Stamped.

After using Trustpilot and then Turnto, we have switched to Stamped.io What a difference it has been. With Trustpilot, they couldn't figure out how to display the product reviews on our product page. They kept saying that you need to have your developer do it... So then we switched to Turnto because they were the top of the line review company. What a disaster the implementation was. We then switched to shopify and turnto did not have a offering. They said it was possible but we needed to have a developer do it or pay them a couple grand.... And keep paying $750/month.
So we found stamped.io and it's been such a relief. We went with their enterprise plan because we wanted the support. I have to say their response time is almost instant! They actually are about us. They want us to succeed and have done everything we have asked and then some.
We are extremely pleased with the service and support and also the product! We will recommend them to everyone.

Updated review 4/30/2023: I contacted Stamped.io because the update on my website didn't transfer the review code, badges, and star rating over. They had the code reinstalled and all my ratings done in no time at all. Customer service is always on top of things when I reach out to them. I'm so glad I switched to this app 4 years ago.

I switched to this app because it had better features. I had a problem with importing my old reviews to Stamped.io. I emailed them and they responded immediately. They told me what to do. It still didn't work (probably because I'm not a techie). They told me to export my old reviews and email it to them so they can upload them. I emailed the exported reviews to them and it was done in a snap. I also contacted them about the CNAME authentication. They gave me step-by-step instructions with picture and I was able to authenticate my account. Their app and customer service is top notch.

Update 7/2023: I added the Loyalty & Referral feature from this app. The set up was easy and clear to follow. I had a bit of back end trouble, but customer service was on top of it. They had it fixed quickly. The app is working well now and I’m happy to offer the Loyalty program to my customers. I’m always satisfied with their customer service.

Update 2024: Elvis quickly identified and corrected the issue of my missing code when I upgraded my Shopify website. Stamped always has great customer service.

Great tool for gathering reviews and displaying them on your site. The support team is responsive and amazing. Highly recommend this app!

This is the best app I have used to manage customer reviews. It is very customizable with a ton of options. I love the customer service. They are lighting fast with any questions I have and provide great support when needed. I highly recommend it.
