Love this product and love the support too. Lots of extras on top the standard you can add and they are amazingly helpful. Super quick responses and also go over and above and offer to do things for you rather than just send help links. Cant recommend enough

So far, it has been a pleasure. Was easy to install, has the option to localize the language of the emails and the customer support was absolutely outstanding. They helped me with several small tweaks. Update: They still continue to do outstanding support after two years if I need it. 5 Stars.

Awesome and affordable. I went with Stamped due to feedback on reddit as well as their completely transparent pricing. Other leading review services are intentionally vague about pricing, one in particular won't even let you see any pricing info without contacting them.

If you don't want to accumulate a database of reviews then SURPRISE your monthly fee is now $499.99, go with Stamped. They're honest and the customer service has been top notch as well. They would probably be the #1 review platform if the other guys didn't stoop to exploitative and manipulative practices to succeed, so that's why I'm leaving a 5 star review in support. Go with Stamped or you'll probably regret your decision!

UPDATE - No issues for months, but I had a question today about displaying a widget in a custom way. I had an answer within 5 minutes and it did exactly what I was looking for! Still highly recommended

I've been using Stamped.io on both my online stores for a couple of years now. Really pleased with the functionality and the upgrades that help my site look even better, with the reviews on products, collections and the other widgets. Support is quick and efficient too with any bits I need help with

Came across to Stampd from another large review company....change over was a breeze. Imported previous reviews no problems. Customer service is top notch. Very responsive and helpful. Have synced reviews across multiple stores which was a nice touch.

The app is still working well after many years of use. I would like to see an improvement in the load speed though. Anyways, it's a decent app for many Shopify merchants in my opinion.

Should have added this to my store ages ago. It's lovely to start getting feedback, and to have it easily automated means it's now arriving without having to chase for it. I especially like being able to see which emails are scheduled and for when (so that i can delete duplicates to VIP customers etc). Seems easy to use even for someone who is not very technical.

I am pleased with how quick and helpful the staff are. I had issues with customers not being able to write reviews and after emailing the Stamped.io team, the problem was solved and app installed properly.
