I was recommend this app by a friend that had great experience and success with it. First i ran into some problem due to my theme settings, but was highly surprised by the service by Upsell when they step in and helped me and solved everything! Upsell is running smoothly, and i can only see good things working with them! Top notch app and service, thank you guys!

Good product for the price. Not sure if the more expensive plans have more customizable features but that's why I only gave 4 stars. Without knowing how to write code and stuff I want to still be able to completely customize my popup to be most effective. All in all, great product though. Just started using it and already have people going for the upsell. Wish I started using it sooner. Oh and they have great customer service which is HUGE to me! thanks guys :)
I use the app to add cross sells and upsells to my store. I had some issues, but Aryan Sharma was very patient and did a wonderful job to fix my issue. I had decided to switch apps, because I couldn't really customize the way I wanted to, but Aryan made it happen! I'm sticking around, and looking to add the discount upsell app.

This is really simple way to create a reliable upselling function. It's not cheap but it works.
Easy to install and use. We are already seeing a marked increase in our sales in less than a week. We have actually managed to sell some items that we had traditionally been struggling to sell previously. Great app from a great company :D
The Product Upsell app is amazing. If you are looking to increase your sales instantly this is a must-have. Average Order Value (AOV) will increase drastically. As much as 50% or more. How could you do without this app? I know I can't.
The support team is amazing. I had some issues getting the coding in place so I sent them an email and the next day it was completely done. What an amazing team.
Great App. As they say "It does what is says it will do", but more as well. We have a huge number of idea for promotions to run with our store and this app will help us immensely.
Support team were great at doing a custom install for us as well.

Useful app, but still limited in conjunction with Bold Commerce's Discount App because what would really be helpful is automatically applying discounts to Carts when qualifiers are met. Upsell and Discount can't do this and it's too bad. EXCELLENT SERVICE TEAM though - shout outs to Abhijit.
