I will give 5 Star to the Product Upsell App from Bold Commerce.
I have been looking for up-sell/cross-sell app for quite some time and I also tried out some of the other top apps on Shopify and all those apps had some or the other drawbacks, and I ended up removing those.
Then I stumbled upon this app, great support from Alan and team, and hoorah...I got two conversions (worth $44) within in an hour of enabling just two offers..Cool!
But this app stands out and is the "Winner"...
- Integrates well with your theme, does not seem like an attachment
- Integrates seamlessly with the checkout or add-to-cart flow
- Very easy to setup upsells, you can add upsell to "Check Out" and "Add to cart" for same product, so you can use the offer attached to Add to cart as an upsell, and use the offer attached to Checkout as a cross-sell if needed
- Amazing slick dashboard and detailed reports
- Easy in-app view on offers setup
- High conversions
I was struggling to increase our Order value, to improve the profitability, and the final answer came in the form of Upsell app from Bold.
Every Shopify store should use this app, you will surely see great ROI. Even the fee structure is very reasonable you will get back your monthly investment just in a day or
two...rest is your additional profit.

This app is perfect for our store. Being a direct to consumer company we always had an upsell flow on our traditional websites and it was one of the biggest negatives about moving our business to Shopify, without an upsell flow we could miss out on tons of potential revenue and your customers miss out on seeing other products that they may actually have liked. Frantically looking for a solution before the holidays I came across Bold Commerce Product Upsell app and decided to give it a try. It was performing for us within hours of implementing. Being able to customize what was shown as the upsell really helped us to sell through our less viewed products. The customer service (Brendin) has also been terrific which is rare for app companies I have found. So, big thank you to Brendin and Bold Commerce for the great product and service.
I sell jewellery but offer after-care products to my customers as an upsell. After i installed this app, my sales of after-care immediately products increased from 1 or 2 pieces a month to 10 pieces a week and the conversion for my upsell promotion is up to 30%! That is to say 1/3 of everyone who viewed the upsell popup bought an aftercare product.
With more customers buying my after-care kits to help keep their pieces shiny and damaged free, i have happier customers! Thanks BOLD for this app!
